My Story and Mission
Throughout my journey through the Salesforce ecosystem I have worked as a customer, I have worked for several Salesforce implementation and consulting partners, and more recently worked for Salesforce directly. I have filled many different roles and have been a part of delivering projects large and small.
Through all of this I’ve continually noticed several things:
- Salesforce truly is the best of the best. Salesforce technology has the ability to transform the way you do business. If used effectively, it can launch your business to new levels; But salesforce is also very complex, and if used ineffectively it can feel clunky and can introduce new challenges.
- The customers who succeed are the customers that take OWNERSHIP of their orgs. I’ve seen customers spend millions on implementing only to fail as soon as the partner hands over the keys. “Taking ownership” doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all definition; it can, and will, look many different ways depending on the customer.
- There is a gap in addressing this need. There are many partners out there that will help you “get stuff done”, but your business needs and processes change all the time, and you should be able to meet those changing needs without having to constantly enter into transactional relationships. That is why my goal is to provide exceptional Salesforce consulting to help ENABLE customers to take ownership of their Salesforce orgs and launch their business to a new level of success.
